This all natural decaffeination process, Mountain Water Process is a chemical-free method or extracting caffeine molecules from coffee. Although these coffees are a tad more expensive than our KVW beans, their value is worth their taste and high quality and are becoming more and more popular in the coffee industry. Our Costa Rica MWP is a classic Costa Rican cup, exhibiting a medium acidity, bright bodyy and sweet flavor. Although the KVW process is still our favorite in terms of quality of the cup, the MWP is in high demand for its natural process and chemical-free state.
