This is a Bill Mc Alpin coffee drawn from the finest Colombian plantations with strict standards of preparation. This coffee is prepared in a small mill "up-stream" from the co-op mill in Narino. This is the best Colombian we have and has more acidity, body and flavor than the other Colombians.

Very hard bean, roast to any profile you enjoy. Makes a great espresso.
