This is the new larger capacity roaster from Fresh Beans.The Fresh
Roast SR300 is a larger version of the plus 8. It will roast twice the
capacity of the Plus8 and features a digital time display. The maximum
timer setting is 9.9 minutes.At any point during the roast time can be
added or subtracted in 6 second intervals by a tap on the button. The
timer can be overridden by pushing the cool button which will put the
unit into the 3 minute cool cycle. This is a simple to operate unit and
is a great value for the money. It will roast 4 scoops of beans, about
5 oz. of green coffee beans per roast. It is highly recommended that
when roasting multiple batches of beans to let the roaster cool for
20-30 minutes in between roasts. The Fresh Roast SR300 Coffee Bean
Roaster will give you unlimited possibilities for formulating your own

Fresh Roast SR500 has the same capacity and features as the SR300..
Plus three temperature settings that can be adjusted at any time during
the roast. High temp 490 degrees, Medium temp 455 degrees and low temp
390 degrees. A fan speed control has been added to the SR500 that
allows the finest tuning of the roast.The Fan Speed Control allows
adjustments of +or- 10% during the roast. At the start of the roast,
when the beans are heaviest, the speed can be increased to keep the
beans fluid for a more even roast. As the beans become lighter the fan
speed can be reduced to keep the beans from chipping. This is a simple
to operate unit and is a great value for the money. It will roast 4

Includes a convection oven lid and modified popcorn popper base with a
roasting capacity of up to 1lb (we suggest 3/4lb for best results).
Convection oven lid allows you to finely tune the heat and easily
change it if needed during your roasting cycle. Lid is made of glass
and allows you to view the roast in process. A built-in fan in the
convection oven lid blows any chafe out in a ring around the unit,
making it easy to clean up and producing and very clean batch of
roasted coffee beans. The base unit stirs the beans continuously during
the roast and heats from the bottom, helping keep the roast steady and
even.
